Drews Background
Drew is a 1975 graduate of Geneva High School and has an associates degree from the College of DuPage. He was a full-time firefighter/EMT in Geneva and Aurora from 1974-1983. Drew has been married for 27 years to Gail (Gilmore) and they have two children, Laura and Aaron. Drew founded A.E. Frasz Company in 1978, a construction company that employs 10 and is located near La Fox.

Track Record: As a Private Citizen, Drew...
helped lead the La Fox community in successfully re-directing a large development toward smart, appropriate growth that resulted in a first-of-its-kind agreement between the developer and the community, and obtained over $4 million in land/cash contributions to the unincorporated community.
obtained a $5,000 community development grant for La Fox.
successfully nominated Brundige Road to be designated a Kane County Rustic Road.
received the 2003 “Conservation Hero Award from the Fox Valley Land Foundation”.
testified before the State Governmental Affairs Subcommittee on behalf of La Fox.
Drew donated time and materials to the Elburn War Memorial and the Kane County War Memorial. Drew and his son enjoy spending time together studying World War II history and traveling to historic sites.
